Mr. Yi is a founder of Eastern Investment and has
extensive expertise in both M&A and general
corporate advisory services.
He is a proven entrepreneur
with a track record in the advertising and telecommunications
industries, including founding the fifth largest
advertising agency in Korea.
Mr. Yi is also an experienced
corporate officer with a strong background in corporate
planning, restructuring, marketing, accounting, and investor
relations. At Eastern Investment,
he has demonstrated strong leadership by originating
many corporate finance deals, both domestic |
and cross-border, and by designing innovative deal structures
that overcome complicated regulations and constraints
confronting clients.
Mr. Yi graduated magna cum laude from UCLA where
he received his BA in Economics and attended the
PhD program in Economics at the University of Chicago.

| Hong-Kyu Park

Mr. Park has been active in the
financial industry, both as an equity analyst
and more recently, as the Vice President of Corporate
Finance at Eastern Investment.
Mr. Park has been deeply involved in a number
of corporate advisory services primarily related
to telecommunications and Internet industries
and has closed a number of domestic and cross-border
transactions worth over US$3 billion.
Prior to joining Eastern Investment,
he was a senior equity analyst at ABN Amro (formerly
HG Asia) and BZW Securities, where he was responsible
for coverage of wide range of
|
industries from telecommunications
to cement. Often quoted on The Wall Street Journal,
Financial Times and Reuters, Mr. Park was ranked
9th best analyst for Korea by Asiamoney in 1997.
Mr. Park has a BS in Accounting from George Mason
University and an MBA from Babson College.

| W. Edward Kim

Mr. Kim has extensive experience in financial services
with varied industry sector exposure. Mr. Kim has been involved in various M&A
transactions and corporate advisory at Eastern Investment
covering telecom and technology related industries.
Mr. Kim has held various investment banking and direct investment positions
prior to joining Eastern Investment including the head
of investment banking division at Meritz Securities, Director of WNI venture capital
and the head of corporate finance at Hannuri-Salomon Brothers Securities.

Furthermore, Mr. Kim¡¯s experience encompasses corporate development and strategic
planning with conglomerate groups in Korea as well as real estate investment experience in US.
Mr. Kim holds a BA in Urban Economics & Real Estate from the University of Illinois
at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
