Soon-Mook Lim - Vice President Mr. Lim joined Eastern Investment in September 2002. He has been involved in corporate advisory services to manufacturing, securities, and credit card companies. Prior to joining Eastern Investment, he worked as an Equity Analyst at ABN AMRO Asia, where he was responsible for coverage of construction, consumer and retail sectors in Korea. Mr. Lim holds a BA in Business Administration from Sogang University and an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA.           Min-Ju Beak - Assistant Vice President Mr. Baek joined Eastern Investment in May 2005. He has been involved in Corporate Financing, M&A, Restructuring, Strategic Consulting. Prior to joining Eastern Investment, he worked not only as an auditor at PwC Samil assurance, where he was responsible for audit of financial institution, IT venture, manufacturing, investment, entertainment industries but also as a financial advisor at PwC Samil FAS, where he was involved in M&A, restructurings, due diligence and valuations such as credit card, corporate, junior bonds. He holds a BA in Economics from Korea University.           Dong-Hyung Kim - Manager Mr. Kim joined Eastern Investment in September 2009. He has been involved in Corporate Financing, M&A, Restructuring, Strategic Consulting. Prior to joining Eastern Investment, as a financial advisor at PwC Samil FAS, where ha was involved in M&A, Valuation, Feasibility Study and Strategic Consulting and also as a KICPA he was responsible for audit of venture capital, IT, distribution industries and related tax consulting. He holds a BA in Economics from Seoul National University.           Hyun-Woo Lee - Manager Mr. Lee joined Eastern Investment in March 2010. While at Eastern Investment, he has worked on corporate advisory assignments for clients in TMT and Energy sector. Prior to joining Eastern Investment, he was a supervising senior in Accounting Advisory Service group of Samjong KPMG in Seoul. Prior to joining Samjong KPMG, he was a senior associate in Assurance of Deloitte & Touche LLP in New York. He is originally from Los Angeles, California where he earned his BA in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is a licensed CPA.           Dong-Ryeol Oh - Manager Mr. Oh joined Eastern Investment in April 2010. He has been involved in Corporate Financing, M&A, Strategic Consulting. Prior to joining Eastern Investment, he worked as an accountant at PwC Samil Accounting Corp., where he was responsible for Banker-sector consulting in Korea. And at Horwath Choongjung Accounting Corp., he was responsible for Restructuring and Strategic consulting in Korea. He holds a BA in Business Administration from Seoul National University.
